San Francisco Celebrates Giants Trip To World Series
Even though the San Francisco Giants clinched their first World Series berth since 2002 on the road in Philadelphia Saturday evening, much of the city of San Francisco erupted in cheers while watching TV as the Giants defeated the Phillies to claim the NLCS.

Okay you baseball people, should I go road trip to see the Giants or the Angels this summer?

I’m not sure which road trip to make this summer, so I’m leaving my happiness in your hands.

I’ve never been to Anaheim or San Francisco. Or California for that matter.

I think the Giants stadium would be a better Park to see, but I much prefer American League baseball.

Which is the better city/stadium to visit? Which city is less likely to get me murdered?

No pressure, but basically my whole summer depends on your answer. Don’t blow it!

Thanks

Planning a trip to San Francisco. Best time to go, what to do?

I reside in Hollywood and am anxious to get away for the weekend. I was going with a ladyfriend in July, i was thinking, and we were going to fly out on a Thursday night, and come back Sunday night. Is that a good time to go. Here is what we thought we must do while there.

1. Alcatraz
2. SF Giants Game
3. Ride trolley
4. Visit Dolores Park ( Was used in last scence of Casualties of war)
5. Visist Full house park/Mrs. Doubfire house.

Any other ideas. Thanks. Both of us are heterosexual, but gay friendly. We are both from Boston, and I have heard people describe SF as the Boston of the west coast, any truth to that? Thanks

On a trip to San Francisco and Sacramento what stores should I shop at or sites to see?

I want to check out some stores like clothe, toy, candy, or music stores in San Francisco and Sacramento but I want them to be big. Like a giant Apple store or Virgin music store or Trader Joe’s.
Also I want to see some cool sites. No hiking or Fisherman’s Warf please something fun

Which of these is a better San Francisco Day Trip?

If you had 1 day in San Francisco with a free rental car and you’ve already been all over San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Palo Alto, and Napa and Sonoma, but nowhere else.

Which of these would you more likely do?

1) Drive North on 101 and hike the Redwood Forests, drive Avenue of the Giants, visit Arcata, possibly make it up to Medford, Oregon.

OR

2) Drive down to Santa Cruz, Cruise Pacific Highway down to Carmel and Monterey and Big Sur?

Which is better?
